The Crossflow Flatback Powerhead undergoes a comprehensive manufacturing process to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

1. Cylinders are bored to a maximum of .030 inches
2. Piston, rings, wrist pins, and bearings are replaced with new parts
3. Completely repainted for a fresh appearance
4. 99.6 cubic inches displacement

There is no additional core charge. For those models with a core value, a core return label will be sent with the replacement powerhead, at which point the original powerhead can be returned for inspection. If the core passes inspection, a refund check of up to the amount listed above will be issued to the buyer; otherwise, the core will be scrapped and not returned.

SHIPPING: Additional shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or International Shipping will be calculated after checkout. You will receive an email and a PayPal money request for the additional shipping charges at the email address provided. (Some items are excluded from international shipping.)
