Core Return Information

(OUTBOARD RECYCLE) PROVIDES A CORE RETURN LABEL WITH EVERY PRODUCT THAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE CORE BUY BACK PROGRAM EXCLUDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND SHIPMENTS TO HAWAII, ALASKA OR ANY OTHER US TERRITORY.

Place your core return in the box your replacement was shipped in.
Place the provided core return label on the outside of the box.
Call UPS 1-800-742-5877 to schedule the pick-up or give the package to any UPS driver. A service charge may apply if the location is not a regular delivery point.

Extra heavy powerheads which must be shipped on a freight line will have a BOL (Bill of Lading) for return by a freight line. Call the number on the BOl to arrange a pick-up.
